Bought floor tickets to a concert- they would appear then disappear under "my orders" - then erased completely, sent over thirty emails, tried calling - could not speak to a person, would receive a new "agent" that would "look into it" each email i sent. Waste of huge $$.

No complaints. Easy to use and quick!

Seems to be in French only and rarely is able to connect to the sever.

This mobile app is so easy compared to the website or the phone method.

Launches & sends the user into an endless "update app" loop so app cant be used even though compatible version was available for download. So disappointed.

My partner transferred a ticket to me, but I cant accept it because my address keeps coming up "Invalid" because, even though I can change my country to Canada, the U.S. "State" and "zip code" fields remain. Frustrating. The app is no good to me.

App works fine, recommend buying tickets anywhere else though. Unless you love those sweet $20 "service fees."

I have loved this app for years all of a sudden I get a pop up saying that my iPhone is jail broken ?? Its not and now I can use this app !! And its the only one that gives me this message Please look into this

Not sure if this is an app or ticketmaster issue but I had trouble transferring tickets the other day. I tried transferring it to someone, and on my end it said it was waiting to be accepted. But the other person wasnt able to get it for some reason. I tried multiple times, by cancelling and trying it again on both the app and desktop site but it never worked. I ended up saving the PDF version of the tickets and sending it via email. Fix it.

Ticketmaster in general is a waste of time, every time I try to buy tickets within 10 minutes of going on sale it says theres no tickets available. They sell all their tickets in advance to online scalpers that gouge you for tickets.

Bought tickets for Vegas but couldnt go and cant sell the tickets because you need a US bank account to get a refund to.

Loose complete function of an otherwise moderately useful app. Please fix

In Canada, we dont have zip codes. To make an account, it requires a zip code. I guess Canadians cant use this app? Yes, I tried postal codes, yes, I changed the country. This problem should not happen in 2016... It was inexcusable in 2006

This update does not function properly. There appears to be several bugs preventing login.

I get pretty great seats almost every time! Great app!

Doesnt work if you got iphone 4

Besides, using a browser is faster.
