Keeps saying I need to update but there is no update and just keeps bringing me in an endless circle which is just fustrating.

Terrible experience. I selected my tickets and the confirmation gave me the worst seats in the house, not the ones I selected. Called immediately to correct the error. They wouldnt refund the money. Now I have to dispute it with the credit card. Terrible experience. The seats they gave me werent even on the map screen I selected from. Error in the app couldve been easily corrected with a refund. They didnt. Worst customer service experience ever, on top of being larceny.

Bought tickets to Bruins Game. Face value was $59. Bought tickets a month in advance. They cost $117 each. They were the worst seats in the entire building. You cant buy tickets from a vendor anymore. My last game ever.

I have never been able to log in. It always says log in server is unavailable. I downloaded this app a while ago and 2 updates have been released, however I am still unable to log in

The current version of the app crashes as soon as I start it up. It is completely unusable.

Because of the horrible capcha system, I had zero chance of getting tickets. Id understand going through it while actually purchasing them, but having to sit and select photos from three different sets before it would even search for seats took so long that 18,500 seats sold out. Also, when my mom secured two tickets, it refreshed automatically and booted her off before she could buy them. Horrible app, horrible website. Cant believe people actually still use it.

I am very disappointed in this app. It states I need to update before I can open. It keeps sending me to the App Store and there is no update. So frustrating!!!!!!

I hate Ticketmaster!!! Why is it that you click on a seat and its one price, but when you go to buy it, its a totally different price? And Im not talking about all the crazy junk fees. What a racket!

Ive never had a problem with this app. Its much faster than buying them off the website.

This app is easy to use. Is convenient to get your tickets.

Why cant I browse events that are taking place in other areas?

So far, Ive used the app twice and Im pleased with the service!

Would not let me buy tickets with my family since it left a single seat at the end of the row. I need four in a row and the app denies it, stupid.

I hate ticketmaster. Tickets sell out in minutes or tickets R taken from my cart at check out. Ive missed the chance to see so many events staring people that i idealize and look up to because ticketmaster is an joke

Will not accept my new password and email on iOS app but does on the web mobile and full site pages.

Unable to do much. The ticketmaster website isnt designed to be used by apple devices. The security bots dont load up properly so its impossible to so much other then search.

Cant view tickets, cant view events ... Gave up! Really dislike ticketmaster

Wish I could have chosen the exact seats I was looking for. Or at least checks to see if they were available.

There seems to be some bugs that need to be fixed.
