Faster app then your PC when searching for tickets!

Easy to use

But I dont. While the interface is aesthetically pleasing, it isnt intuitive. Every time I try to sign in to view my tickets, it tells me that an error occurs, my password is wrong, or my email is incorrect. Im using the same details every time. And when I go to log in on the website, I have no issues. Until this is sorted out, Ill refrain from using the app.

If you publish your app in other countries app stores at least you should mention that this app is only for the united states. 1 star for wasting my time.

Not that there is incentive for improving the user experience, but they should. I hope they eventually get a competitor. Not just the app, site is terrible too.

Was trying for a while to secure the prefect seats using the Buy on Map feature on a full browser, using a laptop. When I finally selected the perfects seats my son and I and proceeded with purchase, an error kept popping up stating that either the seats were taken use the Find Seats For Me option. I tried multiple times securing my seats on the map and, with no success, let the site itself try to find the exact seats I wanted, but always failed. I decided to try the mobile app, based on the sites on recommendation. I was surprised by how easy it was to find my event. The search bar works really fast. The best part? When I selected for the app to find my seats, based on the exact section I wanted, the first result produced the two seats I was looking for! Awesome! To

I love the Ticketmaster app! Its very user friendly and gives you plenty of time to decide itll you want the tickets they found for you. Then, the tickets are stored in your Ticketmaster app and you just show them to the people at the venue and they scan them...easy peasy!!!
