First App review ever

So bad I had to write my first review. Terrible. Never works.

ALWAYS Crashes

No matter the update, this app hasnt worked for nearly 6 months. Every time I open the app it crashes instantly. I used to swear by this app and now its the most useless app I have on my phone. Fix this

Liars by omission

The customer has to toggle on the "show prices with fees" setting. How low.

Brutal

This app is garbage, I thought in general your service sucked but this app is by far the worst thing you have done.

EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING !

I rarely rate an app...... but after not being able to find an event on this App to buy MORE tickets (have already bought some on the website version), I COULDNT FIND THE EVENT after numerous (logical) searches. I deleted the App and will try again, but really would expect a MUCH BETTER (logical) App (and lay out) than what I (as a regular customer) would expect.

Unusable

Keeps prompting me to update when I already have the latest version. No way to get rid of the prompt.

Loved the convenience but especially excited about the Apple Pay added to the checkout!! Makes it easy wherever you are!!

Cant connect to my account or do anything in the app

The app keeps giving me error messages when I try connecting to my account, and wont let me search for anything or so anything in the app for the same reason. "Can not connect to server"

App is unreliable and the support is nonexistent

I tried to book Broadway tickets through the app over the weekend. Every time I try to make the final purchase I got an error that my credit card had a problem and to call customer service. But theres no customer service number to call. I tried another card and got the same error message. I tried five different phone numbers for Ticketmaster and finally got someone live who could talk to me. Without looking at me or my account he told me there was no problem and just to try to again and it should work. After complaining he finally put me on hold for 10 minutes, said he talk to a supervisor and confirmed my account had no issues. So after wasting about an hour trying to purchase tickets I lost my seats and have an unresolved issue with this app. Im going to do with the technical support representative told me to do, which is not to use the app anymore and just to use the website.

Crashes on iPad Pro and iPhone 7 Plus with seconds of opening the app.

Crashes constantly.

This app is fine... When it actually works. It constantly crashes at different points of using it and is completely unreliable to use 90% of the time.

A HEADACHE!

Honestly, before these updates came I used to prefer the app because of how easier it was to get tickets BUT NOW, its just a hassle trying to get your hands on at least one. I realized I had better luck on the website (gives you better options) because the app really doesnt give you the best available tickets & every refresh is a BOT check (even though there are still scammers selling tickets for an arm and a leg). By the time I got through on the app, I already purchased tickets from the website. It makes the experience for us music lovers less enjoyable.

No problems

I had absolutely no problems using the Ticketmaster app for the presale Lyle Lovett / Vince Gill tickets for San Jose. I only wish they accepted PayPal. Outside of that the experience was excellent
