App is unreliable and the support is nonexistent

I tried to book Broadway tickets through the app over the weekend. Every time I try to make the final purchase I got an error that my credit card had a problem and to call customer service. But theres no customer service number to call. I tried another card and got the same error message. I tried five different phone numbers for Ticketmaster and finally got someone live who could talk to me. Without looking at me or my account he told me there was no problem and just to try to again and it should work. After complaining he finally put me on hold for 10 minutes, said he talk to a supervisor and confirmed my account had no issues. So after wasting about an hour trying to purchase tickets I lost my seats and have an unresolved issue with this app.

Im going to do with the technical support representative told me to do, which is not to use the app anymore and just to use the website.
