Im old-school in that I always purchased my tickets through Ticketmaster on the computer. My wife convinced me to download the app and go through it. Although I was apprehensive I gave it a shot and I have to say, Im impressed!! Ticketmaster has made it ridiculously easy to find tickets and purchase tickets. I especially like the fact that they have enabled touch ID to make signing in and purchasing tickets an absolute breeze. Im very often cheap when it comes to spending money, however I cant wait to use the app again to purchase more tickets! Five stars!

Although it was very easy to find tickets I could not see where the seats were and it wasnt until after I completed the purchase that I discovered they were "obstructed view". Had I known before I likely would not have completed the purchase.

I really appreciated being able to scan my card when adding to my wallet. What a great time saving feature!

Awesome and simple! The Transfer feature is great except that when the recipient recieves the ticket it asks for their credit card security code. This becomes a ? And wonders if Ticketmaster will charge them. Perhaps it would help alot if theres a statement notifying the new owner that they will not be charged and that the security code is a proof of authentication for the tickets unique code.

This is the easiest, and best way to purchase tickets. So simple!!

I have only used the app a couple times but it has been very quick and easy to book tickets.

Its great and easy to use. Its amazing cause you can use your fingerprint to log into your account. I wish you could buy on the map but other then that its an amazing app.

Bought my tickets in a few mins including creating a ticket master account. Used Apple Pay with Touch ID - great integration!

So the app is almost fine. Why I have to do image captchas on a phone is beyond me though. Apparently if I turn on Notifications though, that will make sure they go away. The app literally told me that. Receive advertising to be treated as a human. A phone is a person, but I guess not even a walled garden can have them sure of that. So just the usual complaints of a lack of information to the user. I wanted to buy tickets as soon as they went on sales. Could not due to an unknown error. Bought other tickets before and went to Will Call them. Could not print before a certain date. Thanks for being you ticketmaster

Cant set location and dates

Not a great app. Basic capability but e tickets not readily accessible and have to go to the website to do anything.
