Easier than on a Desktop/Laptop

Was trying for a while to secure the prefect seats using the Buy on Map feature on a full browser, using a laptop. When I finally selected the perfects seats my son and I and proceeded with purchase, an error kept popping up stating that either the seats were taken use the Find Seats For Me option.

I tried multiple times securing my seats on the map and, with no success, let the site itself try to find the exact seats I wanted, but always failed.

I decided to try the mobile app, based on the sites on recommendation. I was surprised by how easy it was to find my event. The search bar works really fast. The best part? When I selected for the app to find my seats, based on the exact section I wanted, the first result produced the two seats I was looking for!
