Gave me wrong tickets; Ticketmaster wont refund

Terrible experience. I selected my tickets and the confirmation gave me the worst seats in the house, not the ones I selected. Called immediately to correct the error. They wouldnt refund the money. Now I have to dispute it with the credit card. Terrible experience. The seats they gave me werent even on the map screen I selected from. Error in the app couldve been easily corrected with a refund. They didnt. Worst customer service experience ever, on top of being larceny.
