Cant accept tickets with my Canadian address.

My partner transferred a ticket to me, but I cant accept it because my address keeps coming up "Invalid" because, even though I can change my country to Canada, the U.S. "State" and "zip code" fields remain. Frustrating. The app is no good to me.
