Booooo! Erased my tickets!

Bought floor tickets to a concert- they would appear then disappear under "my orders" - then erased completely, sent over thirty emails, tried calling - could not speak to a person, would receive a new "agent" that would "look into it" each email i sent. Waste of huge $$.

Lisa has no tickets about Ticketmaster－Buy, Sell Tickets, v1.8.4
