Cant transfer tickets

Not sure if this is an app or ticketmaster issue but I had trouble transferring tickets the other day. I tried transferring it to someone, and on my end it said it was waiting to be accepted. But the other person wasnt able to get it for some reason. I tried multiple times, by cancelling and trying it again on both the app and desktop site but it never worked. I ended up saving the PDF version of the tickets and sending it via email. Fix it.
